Cristian Ramírez

I am Cristian Ramírez, a PhD in Computer Science with a strong engineering background in artificial intelligence, embedded systems, high-performance computing, and computer architecture.

My work focuses on building efficient computing solutions for machine learning and numerical applications, with particular interest in RISC-V systems, embedded AI, heterogeneous computing, performance optimization, and hardware-software co-design.

My experience combines research and implementation in performance-critical environments, including matrix computation optimization, deep learning acceleration, low-level code generation, and efficient execution on constrained and parallel architectures.

I enjoy turning complex technical ideas into practical solutions and contributing to projects that connect advanced research with real-world engineering challenges.

I am currently open to industry opportunities in AI systems, embedded and edge computing, high-performance computing, RISC-V, ML infrastructure, and software optimization.
